Our Privacy Policy is Absolute:
The Angelgrove Tree Seed Company does not buy, sell, or trade any
customer's contact/consumer information what so ever.
We do not like having our own information harvested and we hold the
same sentiment in trust for our customers.
We do not collect our
customer's contact/consumer profiles into data bases of any kind.
We do not employ any 'html
contact/question forms' for online queries and/or "user forums" [both
are commonly used to automate the capture of profiles/contacts into
commercial data bases.]
We still use the same/one
email address we have used for more than a decade for handling online
queries and we do not bank email contacts.
No customer information
is retained by us for any length of time beyond the time needed for the
fulfillment of our seed orders.
All electronic and paper payment transactions (fax, mail etc.) are
securely handled and securely destroyed.
We do not employ any direct advertising and/or employ commercial/email
"newsletters" or other nuisance emailings.
We only contact customers
if a clarification is needed on their seed order. The Angelgrove Tree Seed Company is completely owner operated. All telephone, fax and mail transactions are handled by the seed house owners.
